How can i help? anyone please?

i have a friend, we found this chat room long time ago its a chatango chat room point being she met this guy and like they became like they had a crush and stuff and they were thinking of meeting but they live in different sates but he said he loved her so much that he would fly over here for her blah blah this was after eight months of talking but like a month ago we were on the chat and like he was saying that he loved this other girl or what not i told her not to worry typical guy its just a chat and he lives far fine she was a little hurt but not allot she forgot about it they stayed friends like somewhat friend a week in a half after that happen he brakes up with the girl or whatever they had and write to my friend and tell her he loves her and he want to fly over here and see her and she says no that she not interested that he hurt her and that its a no that they can stay as friend he takes no for an answer and starts begging her to please give him another chance she says no he writes to me and tell me to help him convince her that hes the right guy i told him that i thought he gets what he deserves he said it was a mistake Point being she says no no no so today he msg her and tells her i got your photo bucket he hacked her photo bucket and their i guess inappropriate pictures and hes threatening her to put them on the chat so everyone can see them. is their anyway we can stop him?
