MAJOR CRISIS! Trying to hook up best friend with a guy...?
if "cody" isnt interested then i guess theres nothing you can do about it. try to get "mandy" and "cody" to hang out more and get to know each other. try to beg him to ask mandy and maybe he will. if hes not going to the dance with anyone he might as well just go with mandy. and it wont be too awkward. at our 8th grade dance people went just as friends and they danced together for one song, not even and it wasnt too bad. they took pictures together, thats it! hope this helps!
How can I word this request to be as effective as possible?
Where I work, there has recently been a change in upper management. Before, the GM would allow us to bring our children in here and there, and if there was an event, employees' children were always invited. Someone else decided to bring her misbehaving son in DAILY the past couple of weeks, and the new GM has now reneged and decided that children should no longer be allowed. I have a very well-behaved 11-year-old who is CRUSHED by this news. She loved coming to work with me occasionally and had a blast at the events we would hold. She never got into any kind of trouble and is a favorite with other employees and clients as well. I am tempted to have some clients write letters to the new GM demanding that she be allowed but I'm worried it might backfire and I'll get into trouble for discussing it with them in the first place. So I am going to write a letter to him myself, asking him to reconsider in her case. She is not a little kid and does not cause problems for anyone. I want to write it in a way that will not look whiny or nagging, or rude or demanding, or anything like that. I am middle management level and don't want to screw myself out of any potential promotions, etc. But according to one of the newer managers, who has worked with the new GM before, he might be inclined to allow my daughter to come back just on an occasional basis if I write a convincing letter. What should I say??
How does it feel to believe you are infinitely inferior to a supreme being that can do what ever he pleases?
And you know you're never going to be able to comprehend what makes him tick. Yet questioning him is a sin worth an eternity of suffering?
I neeedddd helpp....? boys advice to a girl?
okay so ive been sating this guy, and when we hold hands, i always have to grab HIS hand, why is that will someone help me?
How is it that this white girl knows how to cut black peoples hair?
Because when you go to school for hair dressing they teach you how to cut all types of hair including back hair. I have a friend who's in that right now and they have lessons for straight hair, curly, frizzy, dry , black hair (is there a better word to describe it? lol)
Should I start taking St Johns wort?
I am half way through my pregnancy, but I've also recently lost my husband. I feel very anxious and unhappy most of the time. I am now past the denial stage of my grief but I am still incredibly unhappy compared to a few months ago when he was here, and my self esteem (which was in very good condition before) has basically been shattered. I'm at a stage now where I have highs and lows, although my lows are typically more durable than the highs, which don't last long. It seems like I am a good candidate for the supplement, If only I wasn't pregnant. Does anyone know what the effects are of St John's wort on a fetus If it has any? I would love more than anything to stop all the stress, but not if It's going to harm the baby in any big way. Plus I don't want it to backfire, like If years later I go off the drug and then my grief and depression all come back to me. Also I'm a little worried that If I go on it then I'm just drugging away my grief. Which probably isn't healthy, right? Please share your opinion.
HELP ME!! Please!! i need help ASAP!?
Ignore them, even his mom, just ignore her. Talk to him about it more and more and then have him confront her. My fianc's parents HATE ME! They hate every guy that she's ever dated, but I've learned to ignore her mom. Or the stuff she says, just ignore her it'll be better for you both.
