Can i move out 1 month before my 18th birthday in the sate of New York (City)?

I would like to move out one month before my 18th b.day, at that time I be finished/graduated with high school and attending college one month later. I'd like to move out really badly and I know my mom will NOT emancipate me, can I do it?
